I did a quick minerals hunting trip in Ganzhou city area, Jiangxi province from 21th-26th 2010 Year. Many rain during those days, and some area of Jiangxi province were in flood, and condition is better now. Best Wishes to them! Hope all will be much better very soon. Here is a short report about my mineral specimens trip.
A Chinese traditional Tower on top of moutain in Dayu co., This place also a famous place-MuDanTing.
On the way to a miner or local minerals dealer home, Vegetation is very good there. Also l like the fresh air there.
Small river is full of water, due to many rains there. So that I can image other flood area in Jiangxi, anyway, A little dangerous if more a lot rain in Dayu area.
Yes, It is the season transplant rice seedlings, farmers are very busy.
The mining area on the top of the small mountian, It is a Tungsten mine. Yes, Dayu is famous with Tungsten.
I am checking minerals in miner or local minerals dealer home, many quartzs crystals, some fluorite, molybdenite, cleaning work always is the problem for me. I trust minerals specimens will looks more nice after proper cleanning work.
