Our Recent minerals hunting trip: From 2009.Dec.9th--15th. Trip line: ShangHai--GuiLin,Guangxi province--ChenZhou,HuNan province--GanZhou,Jiangxi province--ShangHai. Here is a short report about this trip, hope you would like to view it.

It is of course a piece of old species babingtonite here, just huge crystal, I think luster can be cleaned well.


Huge piece of mimetite, really rare found in China now with bigger or nicer crystals now, maybe can show up later..

This piece seems interesting, blue fluorite with sphalerite, they said it from Jiangxi province, I do not think so, I think it is be cleanned by acid.

after water clean, a large piece of calcite covered with pyrite show up


NEW FIND in Chenzhou area, purple fluorite with quartz


Be oiled, I really can not understand why do it. I really do not like mineral above all fluorite be oiled.
